About Us – Living Line Animation Studio

Living Line Animation Studio - is an independent, creatively driven animation and storytelling studio founded in 2024 by Akshay Sanjeev Chavan, an artist, creative director and visionary who is passionate about breathing life into original characters and culturally rooted narratives.

Headquartered in India with a growing network of global collaborators, Living Line is built on a clear mission to craft original, emotionally rich content for a worldwide audience, while proudly reflecting the cultural heartbeat of where we come from.

We’re not just an animation studio; we’re a story engine, focused on creating original IPs, character-led narratives, and bold visual experiences. Our work spans 2D animation, pre-production design, concept development and storytelling across formats from short-form content to long-form features and television series.

Currently, Living Line is developing multiple original IPs in-house, including character-led animated series, satirical and slapstick comedy shorts and a children’s story book line. These are the first steps in our long-term strategic journey to establish a world class creative hub rooted in original storytelling, cultural depth and artistic experimentation.

We believe in original characters; strong voices; human ideas.

Living stories. Line by Line.

Ajinkya Sanjeev Chavan
Director of Innovation & AI

Ajinkya says, “Growing up, I was surrounded by creativity especially through my brother, whose artistic journey I’ve admired since childhood. From watching him sketch and explore animation as a form of storytelling, to seeing him evolve into a visionary director leading Living Line Animation Studio, his path has always inspired me deeply.

While my interests led me down a more technical path, the creative spark has always stayed with me. With over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, I have specialized in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain, working across diverse technological landscapes from designing enterprise IAM architectures and integrating complex identity systems to implementing modern innovations in identity governance, access automation, and security analytics.

At Living Line, I now bring this expertise to help bridge art and technology. My role involves driving tech-enabled innovation within the studio; optimizing digital workflows; integrating AI-powered tools; enhancing creative pipelines and exploring new frontiers where storytelling meets intelligent systems.

This collaboration feels like coming full circle blending the imagination of our childhood with the technology of tomorrow and helping to shape a studio where every line begins as a thought, and comes to life with purpose.
